Isabel Evans joined Housing 21 in September 2019 as an Apprentice Court Manager while she works towards her Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) Level 3 in Housing Practice.

A 97 year old great grandmother of seven, has moved into a safer home at Strawberry Gardens in Yatton. The new Extra Care Living scheme on Moorhen Road was developed by Housing 21 and North Somerset Council to help provide independent living.

The name for a North Tyneside Extra Care Living development has now been revealed, after the build reached its highest point. The Housing 21 scheme, under construction on land behind Tynemouth Community Fire Station, will be named ‘Clifford’s Mews’. The new name is inspired by Clifford’s Fort, an ancient monument established near the mouth of the Tyne in the late 17th century.
