Thanks to the excellent participation rate to our Tenant Satisfaction Measure Survey 2023, we have been able to draw up scheme-level, detailed action plans that are bespoke to each scheme and that set out specific actions that we are in the process of undertaking in order to respond to resident concerns. Sitting above this, we have produced high-level action plans for both Extra Care and Retirement Living that draw out the key themes of resident responses and detail the direction we will take as an organisation to build on our results.
