The most recent Extra Care National Residents’ Forum took place on Thursday 9 January. This network meets via Microsoft Teams every eight weeks to discuss resident priorities and influence on a national scale.  

At the most recent meeting, discussion points included:  

• Fire Safety: Housing 21’s approach and partnerships
• A new project to trial the use of Whatsapp
• Resident involvement in Housing 21 projects
• An update on the work done to improve the Service Charge process
