In addition to publishing copies of our monthly resident newsletter, this section will also keep you informed of what's happening across the organisation. 

Important Update: Tenant Satisfaction Measure Reports

The latest Tenant Satisfaction Scheme Reports will be temporarily unavailable on our website whilst we make important improvements to the format. We want to make these easy to understand and read. This change is based on resident feedback, and we are working hard to make the reports easier to access and understand for everyone.

In the meantime, your Local Housing Manager can find the current reports on your behalf. Once we have the new, improved format ready, we will update the reports both internally on the intranet and externally on our website. We will inform all colleagues and residents when this happens.
