These visits give you dedicated one-on-one time with scheme employees, providing a perfect opportunity for you to raise any queries. Please remember that you don’t need to wait for these visits to report any repairs or speak to us about your concerns.

What to expect during your visit:

Personalised time: This is your chance to discuss any concerns or questions with Housing 21 employees in a safe and private setting.

Comprehensive checks: We will conduct our usual property checks i.e. pull cords to ensure your home remains safe and comfortable.

Additional support: Beyond addressing immediate concerns, we aim to identify any additional support or help you may need.

Your scheme manager will share further details on arrangements for these visits soon and please speak to them if you have any questions in the meantime.
