We want to make sure we hear the views of as many residents as possible and ensure that all residents are given a generous amount of time to complete their survey once they have arrived. Due to postal delays and some schemes yet to receive their survey packs, we are extending the survey closing date. If you have any questions about the survey, or when your copy will arrive, please speak with your scheme manager.

Once you have completed your survey, please seal it in the envelope provided to ensure your responses are kept confidential and return it to your scheme manager. 

All completed and returned surveys will be entered into a prize draw to win one of 10 x £50 Love2Shop vouchers.
