We are seeking residents to join our Residents’ Complaint Panel. If you would like to get involved and help look at how we handle complaints and scrutinise our complaints process, we would love for you to join the panel!
The group meet four times a year, three of which are usually online and one in person. If you don’t have digital access or confidence using video conferencing or email, we can support you with this.
