Extra Care Residents’ Forum Update
The Extra Care National Residents’ Forum met on 9 May to discuss a packed agenda, including:
- Opportunity to explore the required skills to be a Housing 21 Board Member
- Feedback and comment on the Unreasonable Behaviour Policy update
- Feedback and comment on the Former Tenant Arrears Policy update
- A discussion on the affordability of Housing 21 services
- An update on current priorities from the Extra Care Heads of Service

The Extra Care Residents’ Forum in a peer led group with the purpose of sharing information that helps, shapes and improves the services residents receive from Housing 21. It offers an excellent opportunity to engage directly with Housing 21 employees and amplify the voices of other residents around you. Meetings are held online every six weeks.
