Could you champion the voice of our residents as a Resident Board Member?

We’re looking for two residents to join our Board and help shape the services we offer at Housing 21. 

At Housing 21, we recognise the value of having people with lived experience of our services and communities involved in our decision-making processes.  

So, if you are passionate about all things housing, share our values and can complement the strength and diversity of our Board, we would love to hear from you!  

We’re looking for someone who will bring a fresh perspective and look at proposals through the eyes of our residents; and advise the Management Team to ensure the decisions they make continue to achieve the maximum benefit for Housing 21's residents. 

You don’t need any previous experience as a Board member; all you need is a passion for our purpose and a willingness to learn and confidence to contribute. You’ll also receive a full induction and ongoing training which will equip you to better ensure your skills and experiences help shape decisions.  

As a Resident Board Member, you will be required to attend meetings throughout the year and will be paid £15,000 per annum.
