Housing 21 commits to communicate with residents all appropriate compliance information on a regular basis through any available media sources necessary, including signage,
newsletters, resident group meetings, website and new tenant sign up packs.
Housing 21 will liaise with internal departments and teams and external regulatory departments frequently, engaging in effective two-way communication to ensure operational knowledge of assets and practices.
In the event of a major incident communication will be issued in accordance with the Business Continuity Plan.
