Repairs

Prior to approval a property inspection will be carried out and the outgoing tenant advised of any remedial work or repairs that are their responsibility.

Where there is a gas supply, a gas safety check will take place prior to the exchange.

The incoming tenant must agree to accept the condition of the property as seen. Housing and Care 21 will remain responsible for all landlord obligations but will not carry out any improvements or internal decorating unless this work is already scheduled.
