Finding a Mutual Exchange

Tenants are responsible for finding an exchange themselves. The most common way of doing this is through mutual exchange websites, social media such as Facebook, advertising in local shops or word of mouth.

Housing 21 subscribe to Homeswapper a mutual exchange website. Housing 21’s current tenants can join the scheme free of charge and Homeswapper will request authorisation from the Operations Support Team before they make the application live.
