Process
- Once the surveyor has completed the Fire Risk Assessment form through the Pebbles system , a copy of the FRA will automatically be sent to the Court Manager and Surveyor, and saved on our Document Management System (DocuWare).
- The Performance Officer will report on the status of the Fire Risk Assessment and any identified outstanding high risks on a weekly basis.
