Completed Fire Risk Assessments are completed through the Pebbles system and automatically sent to the Court Manager and Surveyor, a copy of the Fire Risk Assessment is saved on our Document Management System (DocuWare)

The performance is reviewed and communicated to Senior Asset Management team weekly and Executive Team as part of the monthly performance update
