Resident Domestic Abuse Policy Aims

This policy sets out how we will deal with domestic abuse that affects Housing 21 residents or their families and how we will assist victims/victim/survivors of domestic abuse. It also sets out the action we will consider taking against perpetrators of domestic abuse. This policy applies to all our residents and those living with them. It also applies to everyone who receives a service from us.

This policy supports the delivery of our strategic objective to meet our legal and regulatory requirements and our commitments to supporting victims/victim/survivors of domestic abuse, whilst providing signposting and direction for perpetrators of Domestic Abuse.
