Improving our response and domestic abuse practice

We will record, monitor, and regularly review all cases of domestic abuse to ensure compliance with our policy and procedures. Any domestic abuse concern must be recorded internally within 24 hours unless there are exceptional circumstances.

We will gather feedback from victim/survivor who report domestic abuse, using this information to improve our services to future victim/survivor.
