Cutting Keys and Obtaining Additional Keys
A master suited lock can be operated by the correct key PLUS the master key. Additional keys for suited locks must be acquired through the Scheme Manager with the cost covered by the resident.
All additional keys must be recorded together with the names of all keyholders. Lost keys and key fobs should be reported to the Scheme Manager immediately.
Suited locks and key fobs require the Scheme Manager to order replacements for the resident, at the resident’s cost. However, discretion to not charge may be used by the Scheme Manager based on the individual circumstances of the resident.
