(Leasehold) Obtaining a Court Order for Possession

Each case for leasehold is likely to be a rare occurrence, complex and unique to the circumstances.  Given the severity of awarding possession (Forfeiture), i.e. the leaseholder loses possession of a valuable asset; it is also more likely that the case will be contested.  In all cases the OM will be supported by a solicitor.
