Paul came to live at one of our Retirement Living schemes after being homeless. He is now rebuilding his life and plays a big part in the community at his scheme, cooking for other residents and generally helping them.

Debbie’s journey with Housing 21 started when she found it was no longer safe for her to live at her home. She didn't want to go into a nursing home and decided that our Extra Care scheme offered the best of both worlds - independence with support when needed.

Margaret is a resident at one of our Extra Care schemes and is a great example of someone enjoying life to the fullest regardless of age.

Nandaney has lived in Housing 21’s Extra Care scheme in Marylebone before it was acquired by Housing 21 in 2022. She chose the location to stay close to friends and family and enjoys the vibrant social life it offers.
