Get involved: engagement and feedback

At Housing 21 we put residents at the heart of everything we do and in order to fulfil that commitment, it's important we are able to effectively engage with residents and take their feedback on board to make improvements.

We have a number of ways that residents can get in touch with us; at a local level this ranges from speaking directly with your Local Housing Manager to forming or participating in a Residents Association at your scheme. There are also other opportunities to engage with us, including groups that involve residents from across the country who are living at other schemes.

If you are a resident at one of our Extra Care schemes then you can leave feedback on the quality of the care you receive, whether it's good or could be improved, by sending it to the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
