The court is close to good transport links. Buses run every 20 minutes into Scunthorpe from a bus stop near the court and there are several reliable taxi services and an Age UK bus that residents can use. Scunthorpe has a train station which is a 10 minute drive away.
Yarborough Court is a pleasant building surrounded by well-maintained gardens. The court has a range of on-site facilities including a residents’ lounge, hair salon, guest room with en suite and kitchen, laundry room, lift and Car park.
The gardens have an attractive patio with a seating area and awning where residents can relax and enjoy the warmer weather or watch the many birds and hedgehogs that visit. Residents are welcome to join in with the gardening if they wish.

This friendly court has a range of activities on offer for residents to join in with.
Regular events include coffee mornings, tea and toast mornings, coffee and cake afternoons, fish and chip lunches, bingo sessions and social evenings. The gardens surrounding the court have attractive patio and seating areas where people can relax and enjoy the local wildlife in fine weather; and those with green fingers are welcome to get involved with the gardening if they wish.
