Residents are able to live independently in their own apartment, access welcoming communal areas and access on-site care. There are 60 apartments available for rent and shared ownership.
Located in the south west of Bristol, a picturesque village and civil parish within North Somerset, local amenities include shops, a post office, pubs and transport links to the nearby towns.
The court has been designed to provide fully accessible facilities for both residents and visitors, which include a café/bistro and hair salon for use by the community. There is also a residents’ lounge and communal gardens for residents and their guests to enjoy.
Shared ownership
There are 30 two-bedroom apartments for shared ownership, with a minimum purchase of 25 percent to a maximum of 75 percent - based on each individual's financial position. Allocation terms and conditions apply. Prices start from £57,500 for a 25% share.

Rental
There are 30 two bedroom apartments available for affordable rent, where Housing Benefit is accepted. Rental apartments are available through North Somerset Council.
