Reginald Noble Court is a retirement development of 28 apartments in an established residential area close to the seafront and town centre in the popular resort of Bournemouth.

Situated in the area of Westbourne, the court is close to a selection of boutiques, coffee shops, wine bars and restaurants, as well as amenities including supermarkets, a Post Office, a doctors surgery, dentists and banks.

Bournemouth itself features 10 miles of excellent beaches and a town centre with many shops, restaurants, leisure facilities and gardens. The Bournemouth International Centre and Pavilion are close by and attract many different type of entertainment throughout the year.

The court is well-served by public transport, with a bus stop on the main road outside the building with regular services into town and onto Poole. Branksome train station is approximately one mile away.

Reginald Noble Court features a residents’ lounge with bar and television, a communal laundry and kitchen, and a guest room for use by visiting family and friends. A Court Manager is on site to provide help and support, and additional peace of mind comes from the 24 hour emergency alarms.

Outside, there are gardens with woodland, grass areas and a patio, as well as a small Car park. Residents are encouraged to get involved with helping to tend the gardens.

Access to the court is up quite a steep incline which can be difficult for those less mobile. Prospective residents are advised to visit the property first to make sure it will be accessible for them.
