Ideally placed for independent living, Pine Court is about 15 minutes' walk from the town centre, with a bus stop close to the building providing regular buses into town.
Residents at Pine Court are always welcome to use the facilities at Tovil Green Court, including a small shop, hairdresser, gym, activity room with internet, and a restaurant. There is a shared garden with mature shrubs in the front of the building, and a large patio with planters to the rear.
