At Patricia Court, apartments are arranged in a horse-shoe shape around attractive gardens, where residents hold regular teas and fish and chip evenings in the summer. Green-fingered residents are welcome to get involved in tending the gardens if they choose.

There is no communal lounge on this friendly court but the well-tended gardens offer the opportunity for socialising outdoors in fine weather and a communal meal takes place off-site at Christmas.
