Several larger supermarkets are a short drive or bus ride from the court.
There is plenty for residents to do in nearby Doncaster, with a general market three days a week and a good selection of pubs, restaurants, gyms, golf courses, a cinema and theatre.
Popular attractions include the famous Doncaster Racecourse, Conisbrough Castle, Cusworth Hall, the Yorkshire Wildlife Park, Brodsworth Hall and the Dome leisure centre, where you can go skating, swimming or bowling.
Buses run every 10 minutes into Doncaster from a stop close to the court, or residents can choose to use the Ledger bus or local taxis to get around. The train station is a short walk away and provides connections to the entire mainline rail network via Doncaster, Sheffield and Leeds.
Minden Court 2 residents enjoy a high level of independence and each flat has its own front door. The court has a communal laundry and small meeting room for residents, or they are welcome to use the onsite facilities at Minden Court 1.
The court is surrounded by extensive open plan gardens with pleasant seating areas where residents can relax and watch the birds, squirrels and hedgehogs. Residents are welcome to get involved with looking after areas of the planting if they choose.
