Located in the thriving market town of Bulwell, Lynam Court is a popular development with a wealth of facilities on the doorstep. The accommodation at Lynam Court is presented to a high standard, and each flat features a double bedroom, lounge, kitchen and level access shower. The kitchen areas in each flat have been refitted and has a built in oven, hob are supplied for your convenience. All flats are equipped with a pullcord alarm system.
Close to a few pleasant parks and local golf courses, Lynam Court is conveniently situated for access to Bulwell and Nottingham. A bus stop is located a 5-minute walk away, with frequent services throughout the day. Bulwell train station is a 5-minute walk away and offers tram and train links to Nottingham and Mansfield. Tesco and Morrisons are a short distance from the court, and a range of further facilities can be found in Bulwell town centre, including a Post Office, doctors surgery, library and shops. A local market takes place 3 days a week. Lynam Court has a variety of onsite facilities, including a pretty patio area, large car park, communal lounge and laundry. A guest room is also available for visitors. Residents are welcome to get involved with looking after the extensive gardens, or just enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Lynam Court has a very active social group which hosts a multitude of activities throughout the week such as Coffee morning every Wednesday, Bingo every Tuesday and Thursdays, dominoes every Friday, karaoke once per month alongside a monthly lunch club where the Local Housing Manager cooks a hearty home made meal at a reduced cost for the residents to enjoy in the lounge, the social group also organises a host of day trips for residents to attend should they wish throughout the year all at a reduced cost.
