Henry Vernone Court is situated in the lively and popular marina area in the centre of the bustling city of Hull in East Yorkshire. The attractive seaside town of Bridlington is an hour’s bus ride or drive away.

Hull is a vibrant city with plenty to do and many attractions for visitors to enjoy. The court is near The Deep, a renowned aquarium, the Princes Quay shopping centre and the thriving marina and docklands area. The city holds a monthly market and a number of popular music festivals in the summer. 

The city has a wide range of high street stores and independent shops, bars, restaurants, cafés, museums, galleries, banks and churches, as well as numerous parks and leisure facilities.

Buses run regularly into the city centre from a stop right outside the court. Hull has a mainline train station providing links to the entire rail network. Many of the residents use the local taxi companies to get into Hull or to local attractions.

Residents are proud of the development’s attractive gardens and have previously won a prize in the ‘Housing 21 in Bloom’ competition. Residents hold an annual garden party and there are barbecues throughout the year.
