Our brand-new bungalows are a fantastic addition to Fry Court and will allow residents to live independently in their own two-bedroom bungalow but with access to the spacious communal facilities and care services already available next door at Fry Court.
The 15 bungalows are available for rent and shared ownership to residents over the age of 65, or 55 if there is a care requirement. Each has two bedrooms, a lovely kitchen, separate living room and bathroom, plus patio doors opening to your own private garden.
Facilities on your doorstep include a café/bistro, guest suite and a hair salon, which is also available for use by the local community. Other key facilities include a spacious residents’ lounge and communal gardens – perfect for greeting family and friends when they visit. Pets are very welcome to move in too! As well as support from our specialist team, the scheme is managed by a dedicated onsite Registered Manager.
Located in a picturesque village and civil parish in the Hambleton district of North Yorkshire, on the edge of the stunning North Yorkshire Moors, local amenities include shops, a post office, pubs and links to the nearby towns.

Shared ownership
There are seven one bedroom apartments and 18 two bedroom apartments for shared ownership, with a minimum purchase of 25 percent to a maximum of 75 percent - based on each individual's financial circumstances. Rental
There are 28 one-bedroom apartments and four two-bedroom apartments available for affordable rent, where Housing Benefit is accepted.
