Restaurants, cafes and pubs can be found within easy travelling distance of the court, along with a bowling venue and cinema. For those looking for a little more peace and quiet, Draycot Water nearby offers opportunities for sailing and walking, and there is a café on the site. Caldecott Park in the town centre has well established gardens, a café and play area, as well as a band stand and tennis courts. Rugby Golf Club is also close at hand for those who like to play a round.
Rugby holds markets on Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays as well as a monthly farmers’ market, an annual food and drink festival, an annual Caribbean festival and a Victorian Christmas market.
Located within close range of the court, you will be able to find a doctor's surgery and health care centre close to the court, as well as a leisure centre. The Ageing Well Claremont Centre is also nearby, offering a wide range of events and activities.
A bus stop outside the court offers easy access to routes into Rugby and nearby locations such as Coventry and Daventry.

As an Extra Care scheme, Farmers Court provides secure and independent living with care services available on site around the clock. There is a restaurant, an afternoon door-to-door tea trolley service and a hairdresser on site.
Residents at Farmers Court are able to lead independent lives in a secure and supportive community setting, whilst taking advantage of a wide range of activities and attractions in the local area.
The scheme features a residents’ lounge, assisted bathing, a guest room, two lifts and a recycling room. Outside, there are gardens with patio areas and raised beds. The court has been awarded the silver Rugby in Bloom award for three years.
The communal lounge is for residents to use for social and recreational activities. Sometimes we hold events that are attended by people from the local community and sometimes the lounge is booked for private events.
A range of independent shops offering a wide selection of food choices can be found close to Farmers Court. There is a Tesco Express a short walk from the court, and a larger store a short drive away.
