Just across the road from the court there is a new medical centre, and there are three churches in the area as well as a post office and pharmacist in the town.
The court has pleasant views of its surroundings. Its facilities include a communal lounge, two guestrooms, a library and a gym. The communal garden has a seating area with a gazebo. Residents tend to the flower pots and hanging baskets, as well as feeding the birds that make regular visits to the garden.

The social committee make good use of the attractive communal areas at this welcoming court and residents enjoy regular activities such as coffee mornings and bingo sessions. In addition, there is also the opportunity to join in with off-site trips to the theatre and the coast. The landscaped gardens, with their pleasant seating areas and gazebo, make an ideal place to relax and socialise in fine weather and residents are welcome to add their own pots and hanging baskets.
Bingley town has local markets, annual galas and even a scarecrow festival. It has a Co-op and an Aldi and there are plenty of other amenities including a butcher, a hairdresser, a fish and chip shop and a post office.
