The court, which has 61 flats with a court manager in residence, has a 24-hour emergency call system and door entry system for security. There is a pleasant, modernised communal lounge used for a range of social activities, a guest room and two laundries. The gardens are well-tended and attractive, with a number of theme areas. Residents can get involved through the court's gardening club. There is plenty of parking on site.

The court has an active social club and tenants' association; activities on offer in the bright, modern, communal areas include regular bingo and beetle drive sessions as well as coffee mornings, tea afternoons, quizzes and charity events. There are also occasional weekend events to look forward to, and the plentiful seating areas in the attractive landscaped gardens allow for outdoor socialising and relaxation in fine weather.
Well located for shopping, there is a Sainsbury’s nearby and a good range of local shops. Other facilities in easy reach include a post office, several doctors' surgeries, dentists, banks, places of worship and chemists, a number of cafes and local pubs.
