Buses run every 10 minutes into town from a stop close to the court and the train station is two miles away. There are many taxi companies and a community-run minibus which residents can use to go shopping.

The court has extensive grounds and many residents get involved with keeping them looking their best. There is also a communal gardening project attached to the Duke of Beaufort Hub where residents can choose to hire a raised bed and plant a variety of crops.
