Buses run every 20 minutes from a stop just five minutes’ walk from the court and will take you into Hunstanton and King’s Lynn. The nearest train station is in King’s Lynn, giving access to the wider region and further afield. There are several local taxi companies in the village.
Cunningham Court has a range of onsite facilities for residents including two communal lounges, a laundry, guest room and lift.
The court has attractive and well-maintained gardens with pleasant seating areas where residents can relax and enjoy the warmer weather. Green-fingered residents are welcome to get involved with the gardening if they choose. The gardens attract a variety of wildlife.

In addition the attractive landscaped gardens are ideal for outdoor relaxation in fine weather and residents are welcome to get involved with a spot of gardening if they wish.
