Two modern shared ownership apartments available
Claremont House is a new Retirement Living scheme in Manor Kingsway, Derby.
The scheme enables residents to live independently within a community setting for people over the age of 55, with 10 one- and two-bedroom apartments for shared ownership and 39 one- and two-bedroom apartments for rent.
Communal areas include a welcoming communal lounge, buggy store, car park and an outdoor area for residents to enjoy. Residents benefit from a dedicated Local Housing Manager and a 24/7 emergency alarm system for extra peace of mind.
Shared ownership
A selection of one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments are available to purchase through shared ownership, with a minimum purchase of 25 percent to a maximum of 75 percent. By basing costs on each individual's affordability, this makes it an option for all. Eligibility criteria, monthly rent (up to 75 percent share) and other charges apply.
