Bellerophon House is an Extra Care scheme on Doust Way, Rochester and has 41 spacious apartments available for rent.
The scheme is designed for residents to live in comfort, independently, and apartments are self-contained with a full wet room, fitted kitchen and large lounge.
Residents also have access to an on-site care team, who are on-site 24 hours a day to provide care (as part of a planned package of care) and respond to emergencies.
Bellerophon House is wheelchair accessible and is secured with a fob-only access. There is also an on-site Housing Manager to help with housing-related issues.
Parking is available on-site for residents, and a pay-and-display car park is close by for visitors.
The rent and service charge costs range from £138 to £168 per week depending on one- or two-bedrooms.
Suitable applicants for rented apartments will be nominated through Medway Council’s Housing Register.
