A new Extra Care scheme is opening in Guisborough, Early 2025.
Our new Extra Care scheme Aldaniti Court will offer independent living with on-site care for people over the age of 55. Our one and two-bedroom apartments to rent and bungalows will be available for shared ownership to residents over the age of 55.
Aldaniti Court has been designed to provide fully accessible facilities for residents and members of the public, such as a café/ bistro and hair salon. There is also a spacious residents’ lounge, buggy store and communal gardens for residents.

- Staff on site 24/ 7 to help in the case of emergencies

- Pets are welcome to move in with you
- Family can stay in the guest suite when they visit for a reasonable charge
