Housing 21 is a leading not for profit provider of Retirement Living and Extra Care for older people of modest means.
Our vision is to ensure that older people who most need it can access high quality housing with support or care, whilst being involved and empowered to ensure the services provided meet their individual needs and preferences now and in the future.
We operate in 215 local authority areas, managing over 24,000 Retirement Living and Extra Care properties and providing over 49,000 hours of social care each week.
We work in partnership with local authorities, developers and other housing associations to provide older people with safe, affordable, quality homes with care and/ or support that meet the Decent Homes Standard.
We publish annual reports on our performance, including Financial Statements and twice-yearly Trading Updates on the Our Publications pages and you can read more about our Executive Team and Board Members on the Our People pages.
