Housing 21 inspires students at Lincoln Castle Academy

Representatives from Housing 21 attended a careers event at Lincoln Castle Academy to inspire potential care employees of the future.

There is a national shortage of people in social care roles due to the myths surrounding jobs in care and the limited opportunities 

to develop your career in care. This is why Housing 21 offers its industry-first career pathways, such as the Extra Care Academy and Housing Academy. These dev

elopment programmes help to progress current employees into management positions within the organisation with the

 potential to earn £50k+ salaries.

e a range of opportunities available within social care and supported living organisations.
