A series of launch events have been planned to introduce Housing 21 as the new owners of a Retirement Living development in Shipley.
Glen Mill House, which comprises 56 apartments as well as communal facilities, was designed and built by Torsion Care, who completed work on the scheme in late 2024 before transferring ownership to Housing 21.
Pam Mastrantonio, Housing 21’s Managing Director for Retirement Living, said: “We are delighted to be increasing our presence in the area with the purchase of Glen Mill House and would like to thank Torsion Care for delivering a fantastic building that ticks all the boxes to be a great Retirement Living scheme.
“High quality and purpose-built developments such as this are essential in meeting the specific housing needs of an increasing older population and we are looking forward to welcoming prospective new residents at our upcoming launch events.
“We know there has been a lot of interest in the development and are excited to be able to open the doors and welcome people inside as we work to transform this fantastic building into a thriving community.”
